Now Hiring: CDL-A Owner Operators – 53’ Dry Van
Location: Fontana, CA & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: 1099 / Contract

Requirements:

  • Must own a truck (2017 or newer)
  • CDL Class A with minimum 1 year experience
  • Must pass background and drug screening
  • Active MC & DOT (or lease under ours)
  • Dry van experience preferred

Pay Structure:

  • 86% of gross with your own trailer
  • 84% of gross if renting a trailer
  • Gross potential: $4,000 – $6,000+ weekly (based on performance and routes)

Dispatch Options:

  1. Full Dispatch: We handle all load booking and back-office
  2. Self-Dispatch: You book your own loads using load boards
  3. Hybrid Dispatch: Book your own loads but we’re here for support

Deductions (No Hidden Fees):

  • Escrow: $2,000 (deducted $200/week for 10 weeks)
  • Insurance (Liability, Cargo, Trailer Interchange): $150/week (only charged when operating)
  • Bobtail Insurance: 5% of truck value, billed weekly (if applicable)
  • Trailer Rental: Based on availability and supplier (rates confirmed during onboarding)
  • Plates (Apportioned): $167/week for 15 weeks (CA-based, prorated if needed)
  • 2290 Heavy Highway Use Tax: Prorated if filed through LCJ
